Migrate Blogger To WordPress Even If Deleted!

Note!:- You must have a backup of your Blogger or else it would not be possible to migrate the deleted blog on Blogger.com!

Blogger is becoming crazy and crazy everyday and now they had started to delete blogs without warning and any kind of information given! because of the new policy that blogger can’t be used for affiliate marketing or for writing about earning money online methods. But that is understandable because of so many spam blogs created on blogger this would be a good step for people who aren’t writing for money but for people who are writing for money they might face problem because of this!


If your blog is deleted by blogger and you have a backup but no idea how to migrate then this article is for you who don’t know what he will do! If you create and try to restore blog on blogger you will fail because in terms you broke a policy and no matter how many times you try to restore it on blogger it will Get deleted! Mark my words that don’t ever try to restore the deleted blog on blogger even on a new domain and address!

Now onward with the restore process! Now you will need to setup a new blog on a new platform which you completely can control and no being in the world can touch without your permission. There are many scripts for blog but i will recommend you use WordPress and migrate on WordPress!

After WordPress Installation and the required setup with domain loing to your WordPress dashboard and then go to Tools>Import>Blogger.

Now you must go to blogger.com>Create a new blog with any name you like or don’t like since you won’t be using it! and after creating a new blog on blogger click on the blog name>Settings>Other>Import and then browse to the backup file of your previous blog! Note:- Don’t publish the post or else you will get deleted again and again. Instead chose draft in the import screen!

Now after a complete restore on the new blog and all the posts and comments unpublished! Now head over to your WordPress site without logging out of blogger and again go to the Tools>Import>Blogger. If you have installed the plugin then you will see the screen with the button Authorize.

Click it and then you will be asked permission to authorize WordPress to blogger! and then you will see your all blog on blogger. Simply click and sit back and get your whole blog back and the migration to WordPress will be successful

This method can also be used as a Blogger to WordPress migration but i would prefer for people who got their blog deleted by the ruthless blogger!!
